Fabio Cannavaro has undergone surgery on his injured ankle after being ruled out of Euro 2008.The World Cup-winning captain picked up the problem in training on Monday following a collision with Italy team-mate Giorgio Chiellini.He has now gone under the knife at a clinic in Vienna and the Italian soccer federation have expressed they are satisfied with the outcome of the operation.fabio
